We have just spent a hectic two days in Paris, this time we are travelling with my son Alex and DIL, Cara.
As it is my DIL first visit to Europe it is quite refreshing to see it through her eyes.
The delightful little grin when she stumbles across a historic landmark or the many and varied patisserie shops
Is a wonderful sight to behold.
Paris has changed dramatically since we were here last, we visited in 2014 and for the protection of the famous landmarks are now in place, such a shame, but very understandable.
We all had a very big day, walked over 10kms and managed to see all the famous landmarks.
The weather was not too bad 10 degrees and not raining on our second day.
Our first day we visited Sacré Ccour, Monmatre and surrounding areas in the wet, quite refreshing visiting these places again.

Cara enjoying her hot chocolate, From Charles Choclotier, I felt that it was the worst thing I have tasted, very bitter with no sugar added.
